Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness, skincare, personal care, fertility, and health products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Products may only be considered for return if they are:

• Incorrectly supplied.
• Damaged during delivery.
• Defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the item received.
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
• A brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and contact you with the next steps.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

• The item is confirmed to be damaged before use.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, we may replace damaged or incorrectly supplied items instead of issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Personal care products
